EFI Live is a complete scanning and tuning tool. You can change just about every parameter operating your engine and transmission.
-
I used this to tune my 2003 SSS. It came with 2 activations and I only used one for my truck so another vehicle can be tuned at no extra cost. According to EFI Live's website additional activations beyond that can still be purchased for $125. Asking $250 shipped. PM if interested http://www.efilive.com/licenses/tuninglicenses-1/flashscan-v1-pcm-license

Sad to let her go, but I'm ready for something new. 137,000 miles. Tinted windows, K&N cold air intake, Corsa sport cat back exhaust, custom PCM programming. New tires and brakes within the last 6 months. I could possibly let my EFI live programmer go with it if interested, otherwise if will be for sale as well. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/wsh/cto/4657974724.html Asking $11,000. Located in the Twin Cities area of MN. PM me if interested.

ccgoodwrench, Have you resolved this issue? I think I am having the same problem right now. I get repeated P0446 codes and have just been clearing them via EFILive. I pulled the lines from the vent canister on my truck and saw no fuel. My truck died yesterday as I pulled into a parking lot and then idled very rough, so I am thinking I may have a vacuum leak somewhere. A few minutes later everything was back to normal though. BTW, do you have to drop the fuel tank to get at the vent solenoid?

I was under the impression that going higher than 90psi with the force motor was bad for it. Not sure I want to go that route. I thought decreasing shift time and taking out torque management would have a greater effect. My tune has no change to line pressure for the WOT shifts.
-
How firm can you get a stock transmission to shift with tuning changes. I plan on a shift kit in the future but have been playing with the transmission settings with EFI Live over the last few days. I notice a slightly firmer shift at part throttle, but nothing real noticeable at WOT. I have cut torque management on upshfits by 75%, deleted all other TM, reduced shift times to 0.2s, and bumped up line pressure 20psi across the board without going higher than 90 psi.

Thanks buddy. I guess I still have alot to learn. It will be a lot of fun though.

I'm pretty fired up because UPS delivered my EFI Live today . I have been researching and reading for a long time. I got everything setup and saved my stock tune. I was looking around in the transmission calibrations and noticed that Abuse Mode kicks in at 5% TPS and 1500 RPM. Does this mean that Torque Reduction is almost always affecting a stock truck, or do other conditions need to exist to make Abuse Mode kick in. I also plan on doing some VE tunning soon. Does weather have any affect on this since the MAF will be unplugged. Its near 0 deg in Minnesota right now. I would think this would make the engine seem more volumetrically efficient since the air is denser. Thanks

I would take you up on that deal too.

I let my wife drive my truck home from my softball game the other night while I stayed and had a few beers with my buddies. It was the first time I heard my truck from the outside and I fell in love with the corsa exhaust for the second time
-
I would like to meet both of you since I have seen you guys around, but I will be out of town this weekend.
-
I would bet that is the price per liter. If 1 USD = 65 Jamaican then the price is $3.55 USD/gal

From what I've heard they're just discontinuing the civilian version. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I dont know a whole lot about it, but my company is working on a filter for some vehicle that is suposed to be replacing the H1 for government use.

I see you driving around near White Bear Lake all the time. The first time I saw your truck I did a triple take thinking it was a TBSS at first. Very nice truck .
