Last week my truck started hesitating upon take then would smooth out after 1500 rpms (check engine light also came on and stayed on, but would flash then stay on steady depending on speed). Dealer said i had a leak in my intake gasket so they fixed it, but the problem persisted. They then narrowed it down to random misfire on all cylinders, so they took out my E3 plugs and put stockers back in. Everything checked out good after that. The dealer said that those plugs must have too high of resistance for the system too function properly, thing is though is they ran just fine for 10 or so thosand miles. I was just wonderig if any one else has experianced this? and what your 2 cents is ? Thanks guys as always.

Mine stopped working awhile back then out of nowhere it started working again I also thought it was a fuse, i just never checked... guess it wasn't.

I'm almost 4'' lower all the way around using mcgaughy spindles and rear shackles and hangers. If you went 6'' youd def be looking at a c notch and extensive front end work including new inner fenders and all kinds of other stuff. The look would be killer though, so i suggest you go with it. then your ss would be really badass! It would just ride like shit

Truck looks sick! Now just lower it and it will look sicker :devil: I've got 24s and lowered 3.5 and almost 4. Just to make everything comfortable i had to cut the inner front fender well leaving a pocket at the top for debries to collect. But the look is well worth it. Somewhere on here there are posts about what i did, sorry no picks.

I've got some MB Quart QSD 216 6.5'' components in the doors, i think they sound great. i also have 1 gallon of liquid sound dampner spread through out the inside of each door panel and dampning mat on the inside skin where the factory plastic dust & moisture barrier was. I've always been a fan of MB Quart but some reviews have shown better sounding speakers for a lot cheaper. Your money your ears.

OK, i gotta make this quick . going out to my birthday dinner. On nov 13 i was on my way to work at 6:00am im in the fast lane goin like 70 and something jumped out in front of me and i slammed on the brakes. Just at that same time some dick shit was switching lanes to get behind me,....well when he hit his brakes he started fish tailiing and allmost lost control. then he speeds up beside me and starts yellin and freakin out pointing and sayin shit and wanting me to pull over so i was like F U instead of sorry, which i was. So anyways i desided to just fall back so dude wasn't harrasing me, which worked for a minute then he fell back and started in again(i was still in the left lane)then he sped up cut me off then stopped right on the highway and waited for me to go by him while he was still pointing and yelling shit.(i just kept on going to work). After that i forgot all about it. Then on wednsday I was on my way home from work and i'm like 2-3 miles before my turn so decide i have tome to pass this semi and van before my tun without trucker guy (or gal) haveing slow down. So i'm like 1/2 mile ahead of this semi and i see the van come around and get in front of semi and behind me but a ways back. I thought nothing of it. Then i go trough town to my house and the van is still behind me but not on my ass.I'm just figuring it was somebody in the nieghborhood. so i pulled over to the side so they could go by and then i could back in the driveway, but they pull up behind me so i think it must be someone i know, i couldn't tell from all the glare who it was so i whipped the truck around so i could back in. On my way in the driveway this guy gets out of the van and i recognize him as dick shit. So i stopped and started getting out , he sarts walking up and is to the truckand i said "hey i remember you" , wanting to appologize and tell him what was up. He says "ya i remember you too ya little ****er" .Then blam!! ****stick uppercuts me to the jaw. Bastard allmost hit a home run. All i was capable of was putting my self in the truck and shut the door then i took off out of the driveway hopeing he didn't kick or punch the truck. I was still with it enough too think to stop and take his plate# Then i went to the cops then the ER for stitches and X-rays. Cops still haven't arrested the dude! what and the Anyways i gotta go gonna be late. I'll check back later or tomorrow probly. Its gonna be a late night!

Just get an electric flip down plate (if your not too low) i've got a 3-4 drop and have no dragging issues. I did wire in a switch for going in and out of parking lots, just have to remember to use it.

I was having the same problem too. Then a few weeks ago i added a big stereo so all factory wireing got replaced with 0 ga. and it seems to have gone away. allthough when i come to a stop sometimes the voltage drops and the lights dim, that was a problem before the stereo, so i'm still trying to figure that one out. LOL

I was getting 13.9 all around average untill it got cold then it dropped to 13.4, hopefully it won't go any lower. P.S. it's all stock with the exception of the e3 plugs. and i drive it like it's stolen most of the time.

I get compliments all the time. Probly never gone more then a week or two without. I like it, it makes me feel all warm inside. It is pretty badass not to brag or maybe just a little. It's just not fast enough though.
