Wtt: 2004 Gto 6 Speed 25k Miles For Silverado Ss
smkdu replied to LS1BlackBird99's topic in For Sale/ Wanted
I traded in my SS for a 05 GTO 6 speed worse mistake I ever made the car was great don't get me wrong I got the SLP 455 bobcat setup and more and she would rip sub 12's on her worse day but I really missed my truck Especially after I heard what happened to her -
I found that 383 Vortec Stroker "kit" or should I say I highjacked the plans for the crate Vortec 383 the Stage II has 380HP and 470ft/lbs I'll have to buy the compents individually but at least now I know that it exist and can make some serious power. The Stage I has 325HP and 400ft/lbs but for the extra couple hundred why not get the Stage II

Dude those look nice too

They were clear coated but b/c I didn't sand them smooth they had the look they had and even if you have a black truck the silver birch and gloss black look sweet too
-
I only wish that I sanded the CAI smooth first but it still came alright
-
Found them thewheelconnection.com they are 269 a piece 20x8.5
-
I look into these for you you can run 305/45 if you want they look nice too

Some of the common problems with Led tails is they are too low wattage to trip the flasher so they blink fast. Some things to do 1. If you have a Thermal flasher get a eletrical flasher it will solve it b/c the eletrical flasher is for low wattage. 2. Get a load resistor. Hope this helps when my bulbs come I post pics of the Halo LED brakelight s I got for my 98 Z71
