  1. I am selling because I am in the middle of building my house and could use the money for appliances, furniture, etc. Than when I pay off my wife's car, will look into a used BMW M3. I am a big fan of BMW. I always told myself I would never sell the SS I would keep it going so my son could drive it, but things change!! It will be a sad day if/when I sell it.

  2. New and never used brackets, with banjo bolts, crush washers and hardware. Bought from Rudy. Also have 2 catalytic converters for sale. Never thought I would ever do this, but looks like I am going to be selling the SS. :(

Brackets with hardware $300.00 shipped (Sold)

    Catalytic Converters $50.00 shipped

Almost forgot, also have 1 brand new door/tailgate emblem 50.00 shipped (Sold)

    Thanks

  4. The mode door actuator is what controls where you want the air to go. Example your face, feet, defrost, etc. There are actually a couple more actuators, mode door actuator, recirculation actuator & tempature actuator. I actually replaced all 4 of them in my SSS. Not to much of do it myself type of guy, but I did it & learned a lot. Now I want to do everything myself. Only bad thing is everything is plastic & real easy to break those plastic parts. Hope this helps.

  5. You will need to remove the silver reflector to get access to the old bulbs. Depending on the size of you fingers you might need a pair of pliers to get them out. Most likely the LEDs you bought are bigger than the hole in the reflector if thats the case you will need to put the base of the LED through the hole in the reflector and put them in together. If the light doesn't come on when done it means your LEDs are not polarized and you will need to pull them out and flip them 180 degrees and put them back in.

Cool. Ya I have what you would call sausage fingers. I will try this. Thanks again for your help.

  6. Hey guys, did a seach for this but did not find anything, so I was wondering how to change the map lights. I popped off the the little screen & could not get my fingers close enough to remove the little bulbs. I took off that whole piece to gain access to the back of it & could not figure it out. I have the LED bulbs that I want to put in.

    Thanks

    Chad
