Ok well to make a sob story short, I got kicked out of my apartment and had to move into a freaking way more expensive one in San Diego. So I am selling all of the upgraded parts I bought for my truck but never installed. I have the following for sale: 1)05 GM efans with the nelson wiring harness that are both brand new and have not been used because I never got around to installing them. I bought the fans by themselves for $325 and the Nelson harness for $100. $400 shipped to anywhere in the lower 48 states. These also come with the bolts needed to install them. 2) Big 3 upgrade kit that has everything needed to do the mod. I bought it for $65 dollars. It has 0 gauge stinger wire which is I believe the best wire out there for any kind of job. It also has all the connectors needed. Im looking to get $55 shipped 3) OEM Gm 145 alt that was supposed to be for the 05 fans but like I said never got around to installing these. I bought this for $190, I'm looking to get $175 shipped. All of these prices are some what negotiatable so let me know if you are interested. Also just want to make sure everyone knows, these are all brand new parts. thanks for looking

yeah its bigger grounds from the battery to the chasis and then the engine block to the firewall and then a larger power wire from the alt to the battery. usually 4 gauge but could use 0 gauge since its only a couple of dollars more and wont hurt anything.

Do u think it will help with the amp draw that i get from my 05 efans when they both kick on at IDLE.

If you plan on racing a lot put the shift quickness to the fastest. If you plan on driving around and not having a rough ride set it a little quicker than stock. You can always change it if its not to your likings. On shift points I would put it to around 5800 or so, that is what i did on my and it worked fine. The rev limiter i would maybe put a little higher than the shift points.

Has anyone done the big 3 wire upgrade, if so did it help with the electrical system and how long did it approximately take to do? thanks. I want to see if it is even worth while to spend the money on to do.

yeah but i dont like how they work with the vsc so im thinking about getting some stock 05 ones with retuned pcm. But like i said, do they have a power drain when they kick on?

hey guys i was reading up on some efans and notice a lot of you are running the 05 fans. I was just wondering because i heard on other sites, does it drain the power a lot when they first turn on. Now i have a 02 avalanche and was just wondering about this since i might get a pair. thanks

yeah just get a big wrench and a big hammer or rubber mallet and beat on the handle of the wrench until it comes undone. hit it to the left and it should come off in a few hits.

Ok i bought these new from a dealer and fabbed them up with brackets and all but i got a steal on ebay for some new flex a lites. So im selling these for 110 shipped. OBO

Ok i installed my e fans today with the nelson harness and then when i started it back up it gave me a reduced power message and and SES light and my traction control switch was off all the time. does some one know what is wrong. i need a fix soon.

hey i was wondering if anyone in san diego had ls1 edit or hp tuners and would be willing to do a crank relearn when i get my new tune. I just dont want to have to pay to get it done at the dealership. thanks.
