Haven't looked back since i got my kit. When you can do a swirl remover, machine polish and a butter wax polish all in 8 hours or less, AND get these results, how can you go wrong? That includes plenty of breaks also. I watched some of the videos at first to get some direction, but figured out what worked best for me after that. Great products. Waiting for my interior products as we speak. Hell, even bought a kit for my brother for his birthday.

Think i have a deal pending on a pair...but not a done deal yet. What do you have ?

I can justify getting almost anything for my ss in my mind, but the reality is that i'll never have a setup like that. Look incredible. I'd never leave the garage. Looking forward to the the CAI pics.

***CLOSED*** Upgrading my brakes a little. Was gonna use the good set i had from my burned SS but found a big crack in the rotor on the side where the fire was. If you have something sitting around and want to sell, let me know. Otherwise i'll head to the parts store. Thanks.

Cleaning it was the easy part. I have a strong appreciation for those of you that mod these trucks and dress them up so tastefully. Not something i'm very good at, but i've been lucky enough to own a few of the better ones on this site...in my opinion (ie. alex-r8rs4lf, brian-moog5050). The trophy is pretty cool. You can put a penny in the gas pumps and they light up for about 30 seconds. 3 kids keep me pretty busy, but i look forward to more of shows. Gotta love the atmosphere. Any of you guys come around here again, let me know. We'll do an abbreviated cruise thru the flint hills. Until then, hopefully we'll be planning another GTG this fall around KC or somewhere when smoothdime gets back from the sandbox. Someday i'd love to see your truck in person Dave. Can't imagine that thing not cleaning up every show every single time.

Not that many...maybe 15 . Not an amazing achievement by any stretch, but fun nonetheless.

A couple of weeks back entered the SS in a car show across the street in the park. It's a long time annual event that draws about 100 cars, give or take a few. My daughter and i cleaned up the SS. Detailed the hell out of it with my new Adams detailing goods. Spent the day there with my family. Turned out to be a pretty good day. Didn't expect to win anything so didn't snap any pics until we got back home...thought i'd share this one pic.

If you look in the photo section under 2bfast's photoshoot from 4/17/10, you'll see Ben's (KCKID) pics of his black ss with the same wheels. Mine had a very similar stance and that's basically the look you will get with my wheels. I think they look awesome and Ben's SS layout is perfect for those wheels. I'll try to add a link to that photoshoot, but i have no idea how. Photoshoot

Gotta move these out of the garage guys...what's it gonna take ? I'm not asking for a mint, a howitzer or a weekend in the Bahamas. Just want a fair amount of cash, a decent gun or two or something of value that i can use. Just don't need the extra wheels in the garage. I'll send better pics and entertain offers....that are reasonable.

Hey Gary, sorry to hear about the troubles. I'm sure its a real bitch being over there and not being able to deal with it yourself. Is your dad involved? He seems like the kind of guy that could really help in this situation. I know we haven't talked in awhile, but i haven't forgotten about ya.
