The flame stripes were a concept that I had. So I had a buddy of mine, who owns a sign company to make up a set of graphics. Since the SS is my company truck, I had to tone down the look. If anyone wants a set I can hook you up with the guy that made those for me.

You have a good eye. Yep, have a Magnuson Radix on the SS. I like to watch the faces as I jump on the freeways.
My '01 vette put down 425 rear wheel HP and 397 RWTQ. It has the usual top end stuff; AFR heads, cam, intake manifold, x-pipe exhaust and dyno tuned.
I just got my '06 Z06 a couple of months ago. I was on the fence about the color. Obviously, I love black. But the track is too hard on the paint so I went with silver. (I posted pics in 'Picture Post' thread) With just a set of headers and a dyno tune, it puts down 495 rear wheel HP and 479 torque.
I am definately a Chev-Head.

I have the Radix in painted silver. I live in the same town where Magnuson manufatures the unit. I went there one day to check it out and asked if they do custom paint. I was told in some cases they can. I saw a flat black head unit with brushed polished ribs. Man... that looked sweet. I would have done that if I known.

Once in awhile, more when I'm trailiering my car, I get this slight hesitation and then a noticable clunk sound on my '05. Anyone know what might be going out?
