is yours 4wd?
Nope 2WD with the VMax package the truck is the same ride height as the Z71/4x4 but I opted for increased towing capacity with the 2WD v.s the 4WD

Quick question for anyone who has drilled the holes (anyone have good pics of the paper lineup) with the included paper template do we line up the paper with the bottom of the paper even with the bottom of the mounted middle section of the spoiler? Just want to make sure I do this right as you knly have 1 shot. I will be doing my install of the ears tomorrow just want to make sure I have everything correct.

The bolts are already black so should I just paint it all blue?? I've got work to do on the brackets. I might get the wing paitned this weekend then mount the dang thing and see what she looks like.
Just test fitted the spoiler this evening to make sure it did not need any adjustments. She is off to the body shop to join my SS bumper cover and they should be ready Thursday or the latest Friday for pickup. I plan to install both Friday evening after I get my new OEM Chrome SS wheels installed. Here are a few pics of it installed for the test fit.

anybody with a red or blue ss got their wing installed? I'd like to see some pics. I know with the black wing, the blakc bolts would blend in but I'm wondering if I should put the wing on then paint or paint it before installing? I'm wondering if the black bolts would like alright or if I should have them painted?
Paint or powder coat the bolts. My spoiler is at the body shop getting painted along with my SS bumper cover (Sport Red Metallic). I should have them back Thursday or Friday. I plan to install them both Saturday and have my SS wheels put on Saturday as well .

yes that's correct. it's a little unnerving drilling holes in your truck, but it's worth it. good luck.
Mine arrived yesterday the spoiler in great shape overall they could have been packed better for the extra $9.99 they charged but we did get one heck of a deal "Thanks Eddie" I am going to fab up my own brackets this weekend and see what come up with then send them to my powder coater. The spoiler will be heading to the painters in the next few weeks I will be getting my SS bumper cover re-painted at the same time. Once I make up the brackets I will see what I can do about offering them for the whole group powder coated for a small price.
Thanks

Some of you guys need to have some patience, everyone thinks buying on line is like ordering at Mickey D's drive threw window
paypal will do nothing within the first 7 days
Actually all he had to do is send a simple email stating it wil be shipped. I run an on-line business and I always inform my customers when they pay me, progress of the product and when it ships. It has been 5 days since I paid and NO email about my item I spent $190 on.

sent my money in today.
As for the brackets if anyone has a true to scale template, I can fab up the brackets I have a a bunch of excess .098 aluminum I can fab them and have them powder coated for everyone.
All that I would as for is to cover the cost of powder coating maybe $2-$3 and the cost of shipping.
If anyone has a template or a set they can scan and email them to me I can work on these if you guys would like?
