When I did my 4" rear drop, I took the rear bump stop brackets off and installed the bump stops right to the frame, I also went with the Belltech Urethane Drop Bumpstops Front #B4923 Rear #B4922.

I would not do the screws in the side, I would make a few SBrackets for each side, here is a view of mine

if you do go auto paint, PPG Ceramiclear DC4125 is the clear you want to use, this stuff is TUFF, I also have the total front of the truck coated and mirrors -tommy

you just need one more spacer(you have one on your setup= a total of 2 to upgrade to the 100mm), #69-90-57-001 from magna, I also have the 100mm and did not need any other added washers brad has the richard pulley setup (very nice setup) but I think the 2 washer will do the trick for you like it did for me, its just to pull the pulley out a bit like brad said later -tommy

yes, make sure its the duel bearing type, I think it is, don't forget you need a extra spacer Metco 100mm Idler Pulleys With Extra Idler Spacer #69-90-57-001
