This was on my 03 SSS but i sold it and i took off the CAI and ram air. I brought a 2000 silverado and put the ram air on my truck . I did trim alittle plastic off to fit my 2000 silverado. $90 shipped obo

Hey Ken, I hope all is well, we haven't seen you here in the Northeast in quite some time.
Shorty headers won't do much for you other then give you better sound. If you are looking for low end torque, long tubes are pretty much your only option as far as headers go.....Also, you may want to try a different brand of muffler, Flowmasters sound good but are known for killing low end torque.

I was wondering what header is good for my 2000 Silverado w/ 5.3L. I really done want mids or Longs. just shorty's. But i notice that off the bottom end there is like no power. I miss my SSS

Cleaning my garage out alittle.
Volant CAI with the ram air. I did cut alittle off on one side to fit it on my 00 silverado but still good. Also this will fit 99-02 silverado too. And have service kit too, but used it a few times. see pic $275 obo
