  1. Just my two cents but I have removed busted bolts in that spot at least a dozen times.

    You dont have to pull the head .Best bet is to get a right angle drill and buy a short drill bit.

    And get in there by removing the splash shield. Also heat the broken bolt with a small brazing

    torch tip. Let cool a bit and remove with EZ-out heating it softens the factory lock tite on the bolt.

    hope this helps you

  2. Thanks for all of the input guys. Although why is the Tech II required to bleed the brakes? Can I not just do it the old fashioned way, one by one... ?

    Thanks again!

    If you are just changing the module it's self it can be removed buy it's self by removing the torx screws at the top. just use a short torx bit and a 1/4 inch wrench to turn the bit to brake the screws loose and lift the module up and off the abs trac unit.

  3. nope......flow matched injectors are within 2%

    Coil Resistance: 12.5 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (No ECM driver modifications required)

    * Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI ( 300kPa ) w/Gas: 60 lb/hr = 630 cc/min = 453 g/min

    * Static Flow Rate @ 87PSI ( 600kPa ) w/Gas: 85.7 lb/hr = 900 cc/min = 648 g/min

    * Gain: 0.11ms/mg

    * Offset: 0.055ms

    * Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms

    * Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa

    * Connector: Bosch EV1

    * Orifice Type: Multi-orifice

    * Spray Pattern: 30 Degree Spray Cone

    * Factory fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings

    Ok jury out on that. :confused: 4% max. in general

  6. It was great seeing everyone again. The weather was awesome despite what the weathermen were saying the day before. Hey Lucas Luann is going to transfer the videos to DVD sometime this week and we will send you a copy. Hopefully next year I won't spend so much time farting around with HP Tuners at the track. Maybe next year your truck will be faster than mine - go for that cam swap. :thumbs:

  8. probably the worst spot to mount that cooler.

    1. you never mount coolers directly on top of each other you need at least 1/2 in gap between each cooler.

    2. you are pulling air through the condensor then the radiator then through your trans cooler.... talk about cooling with the hottest air possible.

    you can make brackets from angle or flat stock and drop the cooler down in the front and keep some of the a/c condensor area unblocked.

    Thinking the same thing!!!
