Sweet! I just happened to have one of those adjustable adapters already.. so I opened the swing up and soldered the wires directly on.. Works like a charm exept the speaker on it (it plays music as well) won't play one of the songs? It starts playing for a second, and then shuts off. It plays all the other songs just fine though.. Who knows.. I'm not too worried about it though. Now I just need to get one more of those adapters and do her little rocking thing that she likes to sleep in. Thanks for the help!

I have all sorts of battery powered swings, rockers, and such for my 2 month old daughter.. None of which are really "travel" sized or portable in any way.. At least not easily.. So why not offer an AC power option on these things? They each take 4 D batteries, but her swing which she loves so much eats through 4 D's every week or so.. I know, I know, buy rechargleable batteries, but I'm looking for another option.. Is there something that I could do to wire all of the battery terminals up and buy an AC adapter for it? Thanks in advance.. Tim

I don't have anything in my truck currently, but in one of my old cars, I had 1 Kicker (don't remember the exact model) in it for a while, then I sold it and went with 2 10" JL's in a bandpass box.. Much better... Very tight and crisp bass, and the bandpass box helped when I wanted it to get really loud. Can't beat 2 10's in my opinion!

Did you know there actually WERE a little under 50 1983 Corvettes made? I think they were never sold to the public, but I'm not positive. One sits in the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY... I believe it was 43 total produced...only one left vin'd as an '83 (the one in the museum)... the other 42 were destroyed or used for parts on '84's! ~Brian <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's what I've heard as well, but I've also heard that the rest of the 83's just got re-tagged as 84's. Which is true?

RTs wouldnt beat us stock vs. stock, but if you find a modded one it may be a different story <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shows ya what I know, I would have figured it would be a toss up, a Dakota R/T or an SSS.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well.. I don't know what the weight differences are between the RC R/T and EC R/T (not to mention the small differences between the C3 and the SS), but I stand by my kill of an EC R/T that I got.. EC R/T Kill Like I said, I'm not sure of the differences of the regular cab vs extended cab R/T's, but what do the STOCK R/T's have? 260HP? (or so), I doubt that a stock one can take a stock SS.. But Crazy Mopar Guy, before you throw out umpteen Dakota's that run 10's or less, lemme reiterate, "STOCK"..

Very nice.. What kind of gun were you using during your hunt? This reminds me of an old Southpark episode where Uncle Ned takes the kids hunting with him. "They are coming right for us." I hate the looks of that thing... but the same with the HHR.. I thought they were starting to grow on me, but the more I see them, the more I just roll my eyes. The features are neat on the caliber (not to mention the 300 horsies in the SRT4) but I'm still not all that impressed.. I saw the commercial with the soundgate, and the damn thing looked like it was about to fall off! Good idea, just looks cheasy and flimsy IMO..

Styling wise, that one was cool.. but the technology in it was OLD..
