lights, bed and backup

I would like some suggestions on some backup lights to put on my truck for some extra lumination due to the tint on my windows is so dark it is hard to back up at night?

 

Also I have a Retrax bed cover and it is impossible to see anything in the bed at night so I would like to put some under bed rail lighting with a switch to turn them on by the tailgate. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?
