02silverado48 Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 that is the roughest ss i have ever seen they dogged the heck out of it must of been a contractors truck or something thats a shame
dklapper Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 Look at passenger side rocker panel it has been wrecked and not straightened correctly.
yeary03SS Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 I didn't know these trucks came with tan interior! They even claim the headliner and floorboard are in great shape, i'm calling
Big O Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 You guys are going way overboard ... this thing is just dirty ... the seller did a horrible job of 'detailing' if you can call it that ... and has the normal scratches and dings from ACTUALLY USING his truck ... if you put in a line-x and a real detail job you guys wouldn't have any problems with it ... I think it is HELLA LAME that anyone would try to sell something that dirty but whatever.
TexaSS Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 Point taken. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol, no shit, huh
zippy Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 that was 7 posts of the same thing. if you're looking for some time away from the board, that's a quick way to get it...
AUTOGUY Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 No bids either!!! I think the buy it now is scaring people away. That looks like a $21,000.00 truck to me!!
Big O Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 I don't know what happened there ... I hit 'add reply' and the screen was flashing some code over and over and then I couldn't get the board to load at all. Apparently it posted many many times? My bad - unintentional.
ChevySSandChevy8.1 Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 I think for the condition that truck is definately a bit pricey, the interior is fine, bodys just been a bit roughed up. The owner should have used a bend liner, I don't know how some of those huge scratches got on the truck, but the next owner is going to have to get stuff repainted and some new cladding. That owner definately used the bed well.
Nightshift Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 It was definitely a work truck. It's rough but the seller is not hiding anything. He could buff it out, cover the flaws and the buyer would get a surprise. Pricey for the condition. WW
r8rs4lf Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 Look at those rails!! The main reason for going over the rails with a spray in liner. Now who was it that had questions about going over the rails???? Late- Alex
