383ss Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 either getting a reflexxions cowl hood or the goodmark ram-air hood, but have yet to see any good pics of the goodmark. anyone have one?
AUTOGUY Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 Check my sig. pic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Your's is a Keystone Ram Air Hood.... This is Goodmark's "Ram Air" Hood
BOB47 Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 Sorry, thought Keystone and Goodmark were the same.
AUTOGUY Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 I don't think the Goodmark "Ram Air" is functional. But the Keystone is. Here is a little better Pic og the Goodmark "Cowl Induction"
radford175 Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 I like the cowl induction hood that is what i would go with.

jboyd2004 Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 When I started looking at hoods, my accessories shop had the goodmark ram air hood in stock. My only problem with it is that it isn't functional, and I thought the keystone really looks good on the SSs. jmo.

I've looked at all hoods available and have it down to these two. will probably go with the cowl, expecially if I can't find a good pic of the ram air.

I noticed a 1mpg increase, but I think that was due to changing the intake. I can check if the accessories shop still has that hood. I can snap some detailed shots of it...I don't know if that would help or not.

WisconsinSS Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 Nice thing about hoods is that they are easy to change. Just hard to store.
