04CHASE Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 just browsing westers garage and came upon this bad ass SUV i love the rims i need to find out what they are. Quoted from the site: 2001 Denali with 408 CID--Runs 11.50@122MPH Truck built and assembled at CIRO HiPerformance, Engine by Davenport Motorsports, Tuning by Lyndon at Westers Garage these wheels look the same but i could spot the difference(5 blots between each spoke instead of six on the nali so these arent them) but they look almost the same
adams2003 Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 Sweet truck. Looks like a Vortech on there.
smithl3 Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 Also looks like it's got a 408, haha. This is impressive. I'll take two please
ChevySSandChevy8.1 Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 That truck is only a couple of miles away from me, the shop that did the engine was the same shop that did my engine on my corvette, davenport motorsports. They build fast cars and trucks. I remember they did a black SS supercharged pushing over 500bhp. I'll try and go see if I can find out what rims they are for you.
d_a_n_payne Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 That looks good but I never have really liked that denali cladding.
SSplaytoy Posted January 27, 2005 Report Posted January 27, 2005 I still have to stick to the SS. Wish I had a different s/c though.
2drTahoe Posted January 27, 2005 Report Posted January 27, 2005 They look like these, but the spoke count is wrong http://www.thewheelconnection.com/images/m..._blackhawk6.jpg This wheel is available with a black center straight from the manufacturer http://www.kmcwheels.com/kmc_images/wheels/cousteau_big.jpg
NateZ Posted January 27, 2005 Report Posted January 27, 2005 Those wheels apear to be SSR Professor SP-1's. Family member has a set of 18's, same color on his 350Z. Sweet wheels. I think they might be a smidge hard to find now, but mabye not, check around. Nate
TBSS Posted January 27, 2005 Report Posted January 27, 2005 AWD or RWD? Enquiring minds want to know.
radford175 Posted January 27, 2005 Report Posted January 27, 2005 That is one sweey truck we need to see some runs on video
