It is complete with all of the plastic molding for the top and bottom and the bolts to bolt it to the brackets. No brackets included, just bumper, plastic molding, recovery hooks, and bolts. I am in the Nor Cal area and would like $130 OBO. Will ship. Buyer to pay shipping. P.S.
