fordsareslow
Building mine out of some sheet metal this week. I have a King Cobra Intake, but am building a ram air scoop that will mount under the bumper. Don't really know if it will help out any, but it won't hurt to try. fordsareslow
I wonder how something like this would do. Maybe if you put it behind brake duct on a homade ram air, or maybe it would not put as much air in as it could suck on its own, maybe it would restrict it to much. Jonmalibuss
I'll have to get some pics up and possibly finish what I started but I started something similar to what everyone was doing with the brake ducts a while back when I first got the SS. I made an aluminum sheetmetal scoup that attached to the fasteners where the grill in the center of the bumper attached. I have a really tight 4" 90* bend cast aluminum piece that I am going to weld to the backside of the sheetmetal scoup then I plan on running 4" stainless exhaust tubing up to the air box which is now the outlaw box. I would run thin wall aluminum 4" tubing till I found out how much he bends cost $$$.

fordsareslow
I was just kidding. I would never put that on anything I own. I think the guy sells electirc superchargers too, for a couple hundred bucks, and I have actually seen bids on them.
