Road Noise

Recommended Posts

Does anyone else's subwoofers sound louder when you are stopped? I am assuming the reason for this is road noise fighting against the subs, I am going to dynamat my whole truck to see if it fixes this. Even if it doesnt work My truck will be nice and quiet on the highway. Has anyone else dynamated there truck?

Gm has incorperated this nice feature in their radios so that when the volume is higher it automatically pulls the bass frequencies out of your speakers to help protect them, so when you turn up your deck or the SVC is on, as you speed up your bass is actually lowering itself.

That is why I asked what radio you have.
