ArrivalBlue03
I notice on my truck when I put it in gear and drive off, the first time it gets to about 22 mph, the gas pedal has kind of a feedback shake to it. It is a quick pulsation that only lasts a second, and it happens every time I drive it. I assume this is some kind of a self test for the torque management? The truck drives perfect. BenKey
Not a self test.

A2Blue
Mine does it too, and I read a few months ago in a TSB, and also on GM techlink that this is indeed some form of self-test the system runs every time on startup when first moving - unfortunately I can't find the reference now. I'll try to find it. Edited April 3, 2005 by A2Blue (see edit history)
