vtodd82
finally got around to ordering ASMs. i want to put those copper gaskets instead of the paper ones that come with the headers. i have searched and couldnt find any info on to where to get them, part # , etc. i have already tried autozone, oriellys, the chevy dealership, and summit and jegs. its beginning to become frustrating. any help, i would appreciate. thanks it advance. todd

There is a guy on there that sells alot of copper gaskets for many applications, he may be able to help you. His email as listed in the auctions is [email protected]. I also found a company in OK that makes some graphite gaskets for the SB that they claim are better than copper. You might see if they can make them for this application. Jonmalibuss
Why not just use the tripple ply stainless gaskets like the ones that come on the truck? You can buy them at Napa Auto or your local dealer if you don't have a Napa. These will seal better than anything else you could get!
