WEEZARR1&SS
So I called and talked to the guy and he said that he has done several SS'S, and he can do anything that you would want to the PCM. Kinda interesting.
fox_forma
Possibly get a PCM from a junk yard and send that to him so you dont have to worry about him screwing up your one now and being without the SS for a while. For $30 why not

I think I remember reading that not to long ago
wkdivr
Ordered one from him this week. $175 for a tune for a supercharged 5.3. Price includes pcm, and shipping. I think it's worth $175 just to get the pcm. That's $175 for the tune, and the pcm, and shipping. Plus....unlimited free updates.

wkdivr
The guy on e-bay. I was going to go with PCMforless, but thought I'd give this guy a try. Told me he has LS1Edit, HP Tuners, and GM Tech2 tools, and gets the latest updates from GM.
fox_forma
Oh I see, why was it $175 if it says its $30, am I missing something, maybe because of the SC?

wkdivr
He normally does just the regular tune on your pcm for the $30. I have a Radix, so I need a supercharged tune, which I guess is more involved. Supposed to be a big improvement over the stock Radix tune. (not that there's anything wrong with the one that comes with the Radix) (or Brian's, or Allen's) (or anyone else's, for that matter) I just wanted to try something different, and I wanted to get another pcm just in case. $ 175 seems pretty reasonable for a supercharged tune, AND the pcm (and shipping, too). I should have it by the beginning of the week. Actually, I was talking to him the other night, and he was going to do the tune, then sent it out, so I might see it by tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
