Group buy for Aeroforce scan gauges

We'd like to offer a group buy for our Interceptor scan gauges, which can be seen at Interceptor home page. From the site you can see that we offer different color options, but I believe the PT101 (blue/black) or PT201 (white/black) are the best fit for your trucks so those will be the two available color choices. We have sold some sets to SilveradoSS owners already, some are members of this site, and from what I understand they are quite happy with them. Here is a link to a picture of the PT201...

PT201

As an added incentive, we are going to make a limited number of custom SS versions of our gauge, with an "SS" power-up screen. These will be available for all those that join this GB.

Price will be $199 for the single PT101 and PT102, and $349 for the dual PT102 and PT202 with a requirement of at least 10 participants. This is a savings of $20 from the retail price of the single, and $40 for the dual. If more than 25 sign up, the prices will drop another $10 ea. So you'll be saving at least $20 per unit plus get the custom limited edition gauge.

If interested, write me at [email protected] with SilveradoSS GB in the subject line. This GB will be open for 2 weeks, ending on May 13. If numbers are met I'll program enough units to satisfy the GB, ask for payment, and start sending them out starting on or about May 20th. We are currently completely sold out so I cannot make any exceptions and send units early ahead of this timeframe.

Thank you.

Very

I think I am going to dive in on this one. :driving:

Is there any way to get the gauge to read "boost" for our trucks if we have an aftermarket blower? Did I read that right? Does our OBD2 port and PCM support this?

I have not run this gauge on a forced induction SS, but on a GTO the maximum value the MAP sensor would read was + 0.5 :( I'd be willing to bet the MAP sensor on these trucks are 1 bar since they were not designed for positive pressure. If you've run AutoTap or any other scan tool, were you able to read positive boost? If so, then you'll read it with this gauge too.

The gauge gets its information from the OBD2 port, so unless you want it turned off it needs to be plugged in all the time.

I think its a damn good investment. If you are going to spend 5k or whatever to boost your truck, I think you'd be foolish to not at some point spend 200 or less to have the ability to read out some values like KR and trouble codes. I can't wait to get mine.

I've had some emails asking about the single vs dual gauges, so I thought I'd clarify. The pictures on the web site show the single gauge, which displays 2 parameters at a time. The "dual" gauge is simply 2 singles running off of one OBD2 connector (they can be mounted as far as 10' apart). Therefore you will be able to display 4 parameters. These come with the appropriate splitter cable and are programmed to run in tandem, which is the only thing differentiating them from the singles.
