skipdaddie
Can I just apply Der Shiney Stuff and get a good shine or do I have to use the Clay and/or Real stuff first to strip the old wax? I don't want to too much effort in and I am not expecting the same results as some of you guys. I just want to know the best 1 or 2 coat wax to use. Thanks! Thanks! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Because this product is 100% acrylic you have to strip the old surface protectants off first or its not really going to do you any good. Each layer builds on the layer before it. Once you do a complete treatment the first time you won't have to use anything but the shiney for about 5-6 months. BTW: for those of you guys w/ chrome rims... DER Shiney Stuff is awsome for polishing, sealing, and repelling brake dust. Also works well on the stock painted ones too. Dylan06SS
You won't be disappointed. You'll also be surprised how long a bottle lasts. I'm only ordering every 6 months (give or take) and I wash/wax constantly.
