PSWired
If anyone near the Washington DC area has replaced their stock exhaust setup with long tubes, I'm interested in purchasing your front exhaust pipes. I'm looking for the pipes from the exhaust manifold flanges to the flange/slip fitting that attaches to the muffler part of the exhaust system. Of course the dealer wants a fortune for these pipes and I can't seem to find them anywhere...
vtodd82
i think most people with long tubes just leave their y pipe and cut in front of it to make the fit. good luck though. PS did you try gmpartsdirect? they might have it for a better price.

PSWired
Installed an LQ9 with a mild cam and 4L80e into my 95 chevy extended cab Z71 and am at the point where I need to construct the exhaust. Got an SS catback and need to construct the front part. Like to use as much GM stuff as possible so I want the stock 6.0L pipes. SinisterSS
Simple solution - put long tubes on and forget about finding factory pipes.
PSWired
Simple solution - put long tubes on and forget about finding factory pipes. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't budget for long tubes and frankly don't want the trouble with the emissions folks. The engine cover came straight from GM. $70 from partszoneonline.com
