TurbochargedBerserker Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 I did some VE tuning over the weekend using the stock MAP again (boy its nice to have everything back under one PCM). I was seeing some really strange map readings -- almost any amount of throttle gets me to 105 kpa really fast. I've also seen some map codes (P0106) and a weird 'TP doesn't match air flow' (p1514) code at idle. Can the map sensor be killed by boost? I wouldn't think so... Maybe it's being blown out?? I didn't dig into because I'm putting in a 2bar MAP as soon as it arrives (it missed Sat delivery at the local stealership), so I'll get a look-see then anyway.
