As some of you may have already read on previous posts my SS is being supercharged as we speak at Whipple in Fresno. I should have had it last Monday, but that's another story. Anyways...... The only mechanic certified to install the charger on the 6.0 started to work on my SS last Thursday morning and left early that after noon for the 4th of July weekend. It turns out the same guy had installed a charger on a Scarab. Pardon if my spelling is wrong. Scarab is in reference to the boat. Apparantly the boat dealership took the boat and the Whipple mechanic to the lake to test the engines power up grade. Results........An expensive boat under 200 ft. of water. From what I gather the boat rolled over and sank. I'm not sure who was in control when it happened. Hopefully it's not the same guy test driving my truck.
