They are shipping me a new one two day ground. Its pretty good customer service didnt even ask any questions. But it does hold up getting them put on. I had originally thought I had a defect b/c of the issues w/ my truck and when my sponsor called they had a new one out the next day just to be sure... the customer service is awesome and I don't have 1 complaint since they've been on.
