00z71sierra
Cool, I would say do the install yourself and ask questions on here rather than wasting your time with tech support. What brand headers did you get?

00z71sierra
Every now and then you get lucky and get to talk to the right person the first time but it's kind of like a crap shoot. Other times it might be 3 or 4 people before you find one that knows what they're talking about.
superman
Dont get me wrong, i have installed and used there Supercharger before on a truck i had. Nothing wrong with the charger just the people. Charger was great. But as far as getting information was concerned , every heard the saying "like pulling teeth". zippy
the word of their poor customer service has gotten around for years. ever so often they go out of their way to help someone which is great, but not all that helpfull to others. the downside is that i've only seen one SS run a good time with a whipple. ignorant
have they come out with an innercooled system yet? It seems it is not worth the money if the customer service is bad, numbers are not that great after install. If they do an innercooler, that may make they system work for most. 00z71sierra
Not yet....I don't plan on waiting for them. I will be getting one soon enough. 360 RWH aint too bad for non intercooled Whipple. I'm happy so far but it's got more potential.
mbpsychoSS
I like the fact that it dosen't effect the warrenty too
00z71sierra
Mine's way out of warrantly already so it doesn't matter. The thing with the Radix is you can only run like 5-6 lbs of boost to get the warranty. Any more than that and you void the warranty.
