Engine swap, cam questions

I had a 218/224 high lift comp cam in my 5.3 when it blew. Considering the cam is salvageable, is it too small for a 6.0? Im looking for the LQ9, but all I seem to find are LQ4's. So Im thinking about just getting a LQ4 and milling the heads .030, and hopefully putting this cam in it with a 3000 stall. Looking to hit the 13's on motor. :driving: Thanks for the opinions.
