MANDO517
Whats up guys,,,let me tell you my storry, I was on my way to take my girfriend home about 10pm, i was on the freeway when a 60's ford falcon gets next to me,,,i saw the car and it was a verry clean musclecar, the engine sounded like it was supped up,it also had a tack so i thought to myself, nnnaaaahhhh i wont eaven try to race him....he punched it on me so i said WTF lets see what happens. I caught up to it and about 110-120 mph i just pulled away.... After I showed him who the boss was i slowed down,so did he...He was a good sport,he turned, smiled and gave me a thumbs up,so i did too
ChevySSandChevy8.1
Nice with those large 24s too . Those muscle cars can sound mean 4bbl with headers, flowmasters it can be loud with out that much engine work done. Big heavy car not that much hp being produced. They we're Ford's entry level economy car, which would fit into a small midsize catagory in today's market. A rather mild small block could whoop up on a pretty heavily modded SS... With a pretty basic 350 horse 302 crate engine, a friend's Falcon ran mid-high 12's with no drama. Of course, my friend's would have been out of gears around 120-130 MPH, but that's enough to prove your point to most street racers.
