WANNARACEMYSS
Whats up everyone? I have a 2004 SS AWD with a Volant CAI and Air Scoop with a dual in dual out Borla Exhaust system. I am in the process of deciding who to get my PCM tuned from. It is either going to be Bryan at PCMforless or Zippy at Zippy Performance. I was wondering what some of your recommendations are? I also notice that everyone with tuning seems to have also a 160 degree thermostat. Is the 160 or the 180 better? And what does it really help. So if you can help me out, that would be great..........Jason in Indiana

AUTOGUY
Bryan (PCMFORLESS) did a couple of my trucks and I have never had an issue. Not sure about Zippy, never had any work done by him. Edited January 29, 2006 by AUTOGUY (see edit history)

detjoe
a 160 tstat will let you run a little more timing where are you located?
geomcrider
I dont think you can go wrong with either of them. PCMFORLESS did mine. And from what I can see on the forum, Zippy is a stand up guy also ! I would pick the person on the deciding factor of your location ! Good Luck ! WANNARACEMYSS
MI <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So it looks like you have got some of my future mods. Do you have any track times or anything yet with what you have on your SS. Are you satisfied with it.
