Just nosey... what kind of mileage do you get in the real world 1stDodge? I get about 13.5 mpg in a 16 mile round trip pretty much all city daily commute, with a kinda heavy foot... :puke:

I am at about 11 mpg now, when I had my SS I only got it up 14 mpg, so a 3 mpg difference for a 140 hp increase is not too bad.

indeed you got 140 hp increase....but on the other hand its....its...well a dodge!

You are correct it is a Dodge, but I have had 0 problems with this truck, unlike the SS which had many problems. Dodge has really improved the quality of their vehicles, ever since Daimler bought them. :thumbs:

Allright i was in my SSS today when i was workin after school... I looked about 100yards up and saw a silver srt 10 so i start wieving through traffic until i caught him. When i caught him i started jumpin forward to get his attention and he wouldn't respond. then we caught a red light and i talked to the guy and he said he didn't want to race b/c he didn't know what i had done to the engine (By the way my truck is completly stock) But he chickend out. Why would you buy a SRT 10 if you drive it like a grandma??? oo well i guess i beat him b/c he didn't try :driving:

Maybe he figured if he never races anybody he will never lose, and then when someone asks him if it's fast, he can honestly say "I've never lost a race in it". Below are the numbers that Truck Trend put down.

:crackup::crackup::crackup:

So some guy driving home doesn't want to race a truck he should beat easily, and "YOU BEAT HIM BY DEFAULT"?

:lol:

Stop watching Pinks damnit!

I've driven cars that are pretty quick over the years, trucks too.I never even looked twice when every idiot that pulled up to a light beside me revved his vehicle. I just didn't care to be honest. Nothing to prove?

Take it to the race track, put some numbers up, and get some perspective...?

:dunno:
