Usually occurs when stomping on throttle but sometimes at start-up without touching the pedal. When light comes on message appears on DIC "REDUCED ENGINE POWER" and engine will not respond to pedal. My OTC scanner at work had no description of code, only "see service manual". I've since learned that the code is for "lost communication w/ throttle actuator control module".
