SS_bnoon_SS Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 Well I'm just goin to try to stick to those kinds of foods and eat healthy. Gonna try to go to the gym 3 times a week. And see how that works. I mainly just wanna burn fat off my stomach everything else I just wanna tone and bulk alittle. For lifting is the pyramid technique good: ie. 70lbs - 12 reps 80lbs - 10 reps 90lbs - 8 reps <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like 4 sets when trying to cut weight at 15+ reps each set. I like 4 sets of 10/8/6/4 reps at increasing weights each set when trying to bulk (i.e. your pyramid), but then add in a burn out if you like of what ever weight gets to you 15 reps for the last set. Just vary your technique about every 4-6 weeks to keep it from becoming routine and hitting a plateau.
