All-around Diet

Well I'm just goin to try to stick to those kinds of foods and eat healthy. Gonna try to go to the gym 3 times a week. And see how that works. I mainly just wanna burn fat off my stomach everything else I just wanna tone and bulk alittle.

 

For lifting is the pyramid technique good:

 

ie. 70lbs - 12 reps

     80lbs - 10 reps

     90lbs - 8 reps

 

I like 4 sets when trying to cut weight at 15+ reps each set.

 

I like 4 sets of 10/8/6/4 reps at increasing weights each set when trying to bulk (i.e. your pyramid), but then add in a burn out if you like of what ever weight gets to you 15 reps for the last set.

 

Just vary your technique about every 4-6 weeks to keep it from becoming routine and hitting a plateau. I've been working out two and a half years, and really heavy into it since January, and have had very good results. :cool:
