FwyFlyr
I'm thinking about putting the guages/switches in the side of the console down to a few inches above where console meets carpet. I can't stand them being by my knees. I only need to look at them when I hook up my trailer or add a major load. I wonder if there's room there? dcairns
Not sure where you are talking about. On the side of the center console, where it meets the carpet? You can get to some of that by popping out the cup holder (just give it a good upward yank) and there is a fair amount of room, depending on where you want to have the gauges. detjoe
Do it when it is hot, it helps to pull the cup holders when it is warm.
FwyFlyr
Thanks, It looks like the HVAC ducts and steel structure will be in the way. I think I'll sacrifice the small tray area at the back between the HVAC ducts for the rear. I never use it anyway.
