I gave Frank 2 days to get the part and he came through in a BIG way! He overnighted my part for FREE! and i got it right when i needed it! Now, i don't know about the rest of you, but i consider that to be EXCELLENT customer service. Needless to say, i'll be ordering from him again in the future. I am just trying to do the best I can belive me I have been in everyone's shoes when it comes to buying parts or going fast.. Both sides of the fence.
