Big O Posted June 23, 2006 Report Share Posted June 23, 2006 After 35 hours of hosiptal time, 23 hours of active labor, and 2.5 hours of pushing my wife and I finally welcomed our son James into the world. He is our first child and he couldn't be more perfect. At damn near 10 pounds my wife said she was delivering a toddler rather than a newborn. Wife and baby are both doing amazing! Our first born (son) weighed 9'15" after he peed. We got lucky on both kids, my wife had to be induced both times. So we were not rushed or had to deal with very much labor at all. Best wishes.
