CenWaSS
If price were not an issue, which brand of headers would you guys recommend? I see alot of you have the Pacesetters LT's. I noticed the dynatechs are probably the most expensive, are they worth the money? Also, on average what sort of gains could I expect? I've heard headers are worth there weight in gold and also heard not to bother spending the money. Any feed back would be appreciated. I'm looking to get some decent hp/torque gains with easy installation. Thanks for the help fellas!

They actually have a new "revised" batch of headers being released. The pacesetters are nice too and are less expensive. I have heard going with shorty headers is a waste of time. Let me know what you decide and post up some pics of your truck with the hood. I havent seen it around for a while.
BenKey
I think the Bellengers are the most expensive. They're around $1300 just for the headers.
Sum 1
The Pacesetters got popular since they started selling them last December/January because they are the only 4x4 LT option other than the Dynatechs and they are @ 1/3 the price. Also, the Dynatechs had a funky curve in their design and some guys were having issues with plug wires melting. Their new design is much better (looking) but I've only heard of a couple guys running them yet who've said there's no issue with the wires. But, they're still 3x the price of the Pacesetters... As far as gains with the LT's, I picked up @ 11 rwhp/tq on the dyno with them and the rest of my exhaust before tuning. After tuning it was up @ 40 hp/tq at the wheels. I actually ordered the hood last Monday (July 24), should have been here by now. Hopefully I'll have painted and installed by next week, I had it shipped to a paint shop. They said it would be nothing to get it painted ASAP, I can't wait. I was talking with Barry and Steve today, we were thinking of heading to Spokane September 9th. Are you available? We should get everyone together and role up. I'd love to race the Harley again with 16's this time. Bro - I think Steve believes he can hang with us? Barry was always beating him and the other day they raced 4 times, Steve smoked him bad. I also raced Steve (on a different day) and I smoked him by probably 3-4 trucks and still pulling on him. Steve says his truck is runing alot better now. What do you think? Anyway lets try and hook up on Sept 9th.

I will spread the word and as we get closer I will let you know. As for Steve hanging with us, its not gonna happen. I am not gonna lower my truck as soon as I thought. My little bro is getting my drop kit and I am getting a tt3000 torque converter. No more street racing though. Traction on my 20s will suck even worse. I will let you know as the 9th gets closer. I searched the WHOLE internet and came up as dry as a 90 year olds... Curious to see their work.
