montanass Posted October 19, 2006 Report Share Posted October 19, 2006 On your fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash, there is an ignition fuse there. I belive its a 10 amp fuse. I have my remote wire for my amp running to this and the power wire for my scan gauge. I ran my power wire into my remote wire and then stuffed it in. Take a test light and figure out which side turns off when you turn off the key, or else it will stay on. I think the left side of the fuse is the one you want. Jonmalibuss Posted October 20, 2006 Report Share Posted October 20, 2006 If you look you should have a fuse labled 4x4 and it has power there and isn't used for anything in our trucks, I used this because it's "free power" that isn't interfering with anything.
