dancar Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 Rear sliding window was not available in the earlier SS's due to heated mirrors and seats etc. being standard equipment. The mirrors heat up when turning the rear defroster on. The newer SS's were a little more stripped down at base and hade cloth seats.
