When the bus arrives it is overloaded and there is only room for 10 of the 12 waiting passengers, so the husband and the blind man decide to walk and let the wife and the nine kids ride the bus. After a while of walking the husband becomes increasingly irritated by the ticking of the blind man's stick as he taps it on the sidewalk and says to him, "Why don't you put a piece of rubber at the end of your stick? That ticking sound is driving me crazy." The blind man replies, "If you'd put a rubber on the end of YOUR stick we'd be riding the bus, so shut the hell up." Mr. P.
