I don't really drive my truck that much and at most I keep only half a tank of gas, so here is where this fits the exhaust question. I have been thinking of getting a fuel cell, and mounting it up in the bed, so I can remove my tank. Tank removed, i would be able to run duel exhaust in front of each tire, down each side of the truck instead of just the passenger side. I personally think it would look pretty sweet. 04CHASE Posted December 7, 2006 Report Share Posted December 7, 2006 it woul dbe a little work but not to bad, yo would have to make either the basket fit in the new tank or retro fit all of the stuff( fuel level sender, pump and a few other things) imo it isnt worth it just to have a dual side exit. youll also have to fill up in your bed.
