Big O
VHT is the brand of smoke that I hear is the most common. I had mine actually tinted but they look similar in photos.
CoolBlueSS
I've seen the line of fire on another members truck. His is black with the Bser pan, and it does look good. I'm thinking of doing it on mine, but I too would just want brake and reverse lights. I guess if you wire it in you can just eliminate the running and turn signal wires. Now I have that Pat Bennetar song in my head.

brobradh77
I guess I would just have to see one in person or in better pics than the link shows. I just think that link makes them look like a cheap rope light IMO.
Big O
what do you mean tinted??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Kinda like a window only a little different ... it is baked onto the lights and provides a paint like shine and depth. They guy I had do it is an idiot and I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone. He quality of work is really good and they look amazing, but he is a scam artist and wants hundreds of dollars to tint the lights. I had my 3rd brake and tails all done at a really good intro price. I then tried to hook up some members on here and he wanted to rape them on the $$ .... so i don't recommend him anymore.
KJT13
i found the thread that Chase made this morning in the how to section. good stuff. i probably won't get a chance to do them until the spring when it warms up. unless i got another set and kept the ones i have now as the "just incase" original factory set.
