REDSS2NV
My Buddy and I Lowered my 03 SS AWD last night and it looks Great!! I used Belltech Spindles and Shackles. When looking at the Spare Tire while on the rack we discovered that the Spare Tire was a 16". Damn now I'll guess I'll be looking for another Spare 17" in Size. Belltech states that only use 17" or Larger Wheels with the Spindles. Just wanted to pass it on. I think only 03-04 used 16" Spares cause my 05 GMS Serria had a 17" Spare. Jonmalibuss
Some 17's won't even fit unless you trim the lower ball joint. This is why I carry around one of my stock 20's as a spare. Well also because my brakes require 18" and larger in the rear and my fronts require a min. of a 20" wheel.
r8rs4lf
The more drama intensive way if you got a flat would be to swap out the rear rim/tire with the spare and install the rear rim/tire to the front. I just removed it all and I'll just call AAA.
