How often do you get your truck buffed? Is once a year too often. I know that when using a highspeed buffer it is messing with your clear coat, I was just wondering if buffing too often can be bad for your paint. Other Black SS owners can agree how easy it is to get scratches/scuffs, and a good way to get them out is with a buffer.

Twice a year. Polishing out spider-webbing and micro-scratches takes off so little material that after 30 polishing sessions no change in paint thickness could be measured with an electronic paint thickness meter.
