The only other thing I can say is the two cars have different wheels, but the hood looks right. His times were last April and maybe he has more than he lets on in his profile? I mean...he has to... I had a much heavier grand prix GTP with 225whp after a couple of mods like pulley on the blower etc. and I could run 14.0 with it. I bet he is lacking traction or gearing or something.
