thanks. i greatly appreciate it.

and congratulations on quiting smoking. it's a bad habit, i'm a med student and i see a lot of lung cancer because of smoking as well as many other complications due to tobacco. all i will say is that it is not an easy addiction to kick, in fact for some, quitting smoking will kill them quicker than the cigarettes. anyway congrats. just wanted to tell you how good it is for your health that you quit. it's always good to hear that someone has quit.

Thanks. It was hard to quit. My wife and I both smoked, and tried to quit several times. She got tired of coughing and hacking, put them down and never went back.

I quit a week later after seeing her grandfather in the hospital, emphezema(sp) that progressed to lung cancer, Having have all this crap sucked out of his lungs. Scared the sh*t out of me. Never went back.

well i'm glad it scared the shit out of you. better than getting bad news from a doctor.

the important thing is to know that there is life after a cigarette.
