tawss04
WOW. Is all I can say. The truck feels strong, i notice the biggest dif between mid-high ranger RPMs. My retune will be done tomorrow so hopefully its even better! Thanks to all the guys that helped me through the process... Daniel <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What did you do with your Cats? hook up an X pipe or anything? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Muffler shop kept the cats. No X Pipe, I have a 2 in 2 out muffler, and they said that acts as an X pipe, and that I didnt need one. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I does to a point, I installed my pacesetters and noticed the difference. Later I added the Magnaflow x-pipe and noticed a big difference, just adding the x-pipe it dropped my et by .2-.3 tenths in the 1/4. I did not get it retuned for the headers yet to many other projects going right now. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What e.t's are you running without the n.o.s? ny next mod is the pacesetters and I'm curious what kind of gains I'll get,.2 to .3 tenths with an x- pipe sounds like the way to go though! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My best e.t was a 14.34 off the bottle, I was running 14.5, 14.6 and 12.93 to a 12.72 on the bottle. BigCountry
but if you only have one muffler, thats not really true duals is it? I guess you could say that if you've got an X or H pipe, that's not true duals either.
redevil
hey SS....why not step it up to 150 shot??My friend "juicedss" ran a 125 shot for a few days.....not much diff. Then he went for the 175 and the damn truck would twist to the side when he would go from a dig.Good thing these trucks are AWD....he gets 199 or 2.0 60ft times while I get 2.2 or 2.4s.If I wouldn't had bought my car I deff. would've bought an SS...good luck to yall with your projects.I think this might be my last post here, not a lot to discuss here....specially if you own an srt4.Oh and RED...no hard fellings!!
