jon1178 Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 when i use google to search things i am having some problems.once i google something then click on any of the links it gives it never pulls up the page that i am clicking on it always come up as another search engine or a market place of somekind. the only way i can get to the link is to copy then paste it otherwise it redirects to a different website. not sure if it is coinsidence or not but i just installed the latest versions of norton security. any help would be great it is becoming annoying. Bonj87 Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 download adaware personal, and spybot searh&destroy and run them on your system and remove anything they find. then download hijack this! and be careful about what you remove with it. in addition , go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and delete the hosts and lmhosts files.
